Geogrid

For many retaining walls, the height of the wall, the type of soil being retained or the physical conditions that effect the wall area dictate that additional reinforcement is needed to hold the wall in place.

As with any construction, we suggest that you contact a qualified planning engineer or licensed general contractor to determine your needs. A rule of thumb is that any weight bearing wall or any wall over 3 feet tall should use geogrid.
