Stack Stone Installation

Excavate trench 200mm (8") deep and 400mm (16") wide.  Place and compact gravel to 100mm (4") depth.

Split units apart using a hammer and chisel.  Corner units must be split in half as needed.  Remove units from bundle and place near wall.

Place only standard units on gravel base.  Ensure units are level from back to front and from side to side.

Stack units along wall.  Coping units can be used in the wall, but should not be stacked on other coping units without adhesive.

Place a line of adhesive in front of and behind the tongue on the second last course.  Position coping stones on top.

Fill with compacted soil to top of the wall.
